1、Base plate welded to steel beam; fillet welds at both ends, weld leg k = 0.8 × base‑plate thickness.Cover PTFE plate prior to welding to avoid damage from welding sparks and spatter.
2、Insert the slide‑guide pipe support between pipeline and slide‑guide base plate; sliding displacement DI = 1.3×10⁻⁵ × LT × DT, LT for distance from fixed support, DT for pipeline temperature difference between operation and installation.
3、To reduce energy loss at pipe supports, rigid PU foam insulated supports can be fitted with thermal cushions for heating and chilled water pipes, with rigid PU foam insulation pads inserted between pipes and steel clamps/supports.
4、Cover the upper insulation block; outdoor pipes shall be wrapped with rain‑proof layer.
5、Snap on the curved steel cover.
6、Tighten the connecting bolts.

1、Load‑bearing ring welded to pipe; note that weld leg shall not interfere with insulation block installation.
2、Place lower half of insulated fixed support onto steel base plate.
3、Place the pipe with welded load‑bearing ring into fixed support, and thermal cushion may be added on arc surface.
4、Fit in the upper insulation block.
5、Snap the cover into place.
6、Tighten the connecting bolts.
7、Outdoor fixed supports shall be wrapped with temporary rain‑proof material.
8、To reduce energy loss at pipe supports, rigid PU foam insulated supports shall be adopted for heating and chilled‑water pipes, with rigid PU foam insulation pads lined between pipes and steel clamps/supports. The insulation density is 0±30 kg/m³, thermal conductivity ≤0.05 W/(m·K), compressive strength ≥4.5 N/mm², flexural strength ≥3.5 N/mm². The sliding resistance coefficient of slide‑guide supports shall be less than 0.1, and load‑bearing rings must be welded onto pipes at fixed supports.
9、Weld the base plate of fixed support to steel base plate after pipe expansion devices (Q‑bend, expansion joint, etc.) are installed in place.
